Mentorship can be invaluable to the growth of a learner. Mentorship on a Thesis project is baked into attaining the Masters in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University. A testament to the quality of mentorship is that many theses end up published. This year, one such article was selected by Teaching and Learning in Medicine for the 2019 Editors’ Choice Award.

The article was selected from a competitive field for its impact on theory, impact on practice, innovativeness and accessibility.
