Vaccination of international students/staff and postponement of publication of schedules

International students and employees can now also be vaccinated without a Citizen Service Number (BSN), thanks to cooperation with the GGD Limburg. And in anticipation of the outcomes of the press conference on Friday 13 August, the publication of the education and examination schedules has been postponed until Wednesday 18 August.
Vaccination of international students and staff
We want to do everything to ensure the safety of our students and staff. That is why, together with the municipal health services of Limburg (GGD), we have made it possible for international students and employees and their family members to be vaccinated with a free mRNA vaccine immediately after arrival, even without a Citizen Service Number (BSN). All students and employees involved have been informed about this personally. Because they cannot yet formally register their vaccination with the government without a BSN, they will receive a paper vaccination certificate that they can always keep with them and show as proof when required.
Postponement of publication of schedules
In anticipation of the outcomes of the press conference on 13 August, it has been decided to postpone the publication of education and examination schedules until Wednesday 18 August. This will give the faculties time to make any adjustments in response to the press conference announcements. You will be able to access your schedule from this date via the Student Portal.
After the press conference on Friday 13 August, we will inform you as soon as possible about what the new government measures mean for our education, the INKOM, faculty introductions and all other relevant matters.
