Planning your leave in corona times
In these exceptional times, it is especially important that we are mindful of the balance between work and relaxation. We have already reminded you on several occasions to register your annual leave timely. The CAO-NU (art 4.7 of the collective labour agreement) states that employees must plan a minimum of four weeks (four times the weekly working hours, including the obligatory collective holidays) before 1 July.
Of course, we understand that planning leave (in advance) in the current circumstances can be very difficult for some colleagues, employees and managers alike. That is why we want to allow for customisation this year, where highly necessary.
If, for reasons of work pressure you cannot register your leave before 1 July, we would like to urge you to make agreements with your manager before that date, either on when you want to take your leave or when and how you will schedule you leave.
More information about holidays and leave can be found on the website.
