UM Vidi information meeting 2022

By

On Tuesday 24 May, from 13.00-15.00 CET, interested UM researchers can attend an online information session on the Vidi funding scheme. Vidi is a funding instrument in the NWO Talent Programme. It allows excellent researchers who have already spent several (3-8) years doing postdoctoral research to develop their own innovative line of research, and to appoint one or more researchers for this.

During this online information session we will give more information about the grant instrument, the Vidi target group, application and evaluation procedure. Also, a Vidi laureate and evaluation committee member will share their experiences and tips. There will be ample opportunity for questions.

In addition, UM is organizing a workshop for Vidi applicants, which will consist of feedback on your draft proposal by peers and by a trainer. This workshop will be held after the summer break, but well in time before the Vidi deadline. Due to the limited number of participants, a selection process will take place based on the level of completion of your draft Vidi proposal, and CV.

You can register for the information session until Friday 20 May.

Note that this registration is only for the general Vidi information session on 24 May. Registration for the Vidi writing workshop will take place separately and communicated about at a later moment.

For questions, please contact CAPHRI's funding advisor Vivian Braeken.
