Survey: Impact of COVID-19 on Assessment Strategies in Health Professions Education

By

The COVID-19 pandemic is having a major impact on Health Professions education (Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, etc.) around the world. The education and assessment of students in many countries is currently online and this potentially has significant impacts on how tests can be administered.

The purpose of this short survey (max. 5 minutes) is to investigate educators’ perceptions of the online environment on test quality and the decisions that can be made based upon online assessments. We aim to create an overview of the different strategies applied worldwide and to formulate lessons learned.

Are you as a teacher, trainer, lecturer or course coordinator responsible for the development and administration of tests in the Health Professions Education? Then we are interested in your perceptions of online assessment. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic and Dutch.
